Help! looking for galvanizing test specs

We are looking Technical Specifications for galvanizing such as salt spray hours, UV, mil thickness, hardness, reverse-impact, radius bend test, etc.

ASTM Annual Book of Standards, ASTM Volume 01.06 Coated Steel Products, has 185 standards (& paints are elsewhere). Check the contents listing.

ASTM A653, 'Steel Sheet, Zinc-Coated (Galvanized) or Zinc-Iron Alloy-Coated (Galvannealed) by the Hot-Dip Process' gives coating weights and bend tests for galvanized sheet steel. It also gives the mechanical properties of various steel sheet which are galvanized; e.g., CS (commercial steel) in Grades A, B & C; EDDS (extra deep drawing steel), several HSLA steels, BHS (bake hardenable steel), etc.
See also US Steel's info: http://www.ussteel.com/corp/sheet/coated/hotapp.htm

For corrosion resistance, doubling the coating weight should double the coating lifetime in a given environment. UV shouldn't affect galvanized coatings. Reverse-impact testing for organic coated substrates is in ASTM D2794.
