What underlayment for Powder Coating?

We are invonled in manufacture of material handling equipments. We have facility for doing powder coating after phosphating and also after zinc plating. Kindly advice me which is most suitable. Thanks in advance.

Either should work fine. Zinc plating offers sacrificial corrosion protection, so it is often the "better" approach, but more expensive.
