Electrically conductive ED coating

We would like to go for a conductive ED coating in place of Powder coating and spray painting as majority of auto electrical components require electrical conductivity. Are there any conductive ED coating available? Are there any disadvantages in comparing with the non-conductive epoxy ED coating?

Dear Sir,

The method used by some of my customers is to use a sharp toothed washer that pierces the coating where the contact point is desired and use the base metal for conductivity or earthing.

All Telecom products are e-coated and grounded on this basis and I don't see why your auto electrical equipment should not be as well.
