TCP coating

There is an enquiry on TCP conversion coatings on aluminium which requires ROHS, OSHA and electrical conductivity with salt spray resistant. What does TCP means?

On the one hand, I believe that the letters TCP simply stand for 'trivalent chromium process'. But on the other hand it indicates one particular NAVAIR-developed process for aluminum that has been licensed to four manufacturers.
