Silver electroless plating

I'm trying to improve microwaves microstructures made from silver, I have used evaporation method to deposit a silver but this method gave me about 150nm ,but I want to reach 1um , also I have used electroplating and it didn't work good . NOW, I'm trying to use electroless plating, I have read from a site about glucose method ( silver nitrate , ammonia, sodium hydroxide, glucose, tartaric acid ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] and alcohol). Does anybody has an idea about the exact concentrations.
