Big Dog motorcycle engine stain

I just purchased a Big Dog motorcycle with a polished aluminum engine and it has a reddish stain I want to remove. I think it may have come from a cleaner, the previous owner sprayed on the engine while it was hot, but not sure. Any ideas as to how to remove this stain?

Well the previous owner messed up pretty good!
Hard work is what it'll take. Aluminum polish and lots of rags.
Mine is polished as well, the only thing you should use to clean your bike is soap and water, when the engine is cold. You may use a product like S100 for degreasing but on no condition should you use a harsh degreaser or you risk etching the aluminum.
Get to work!
