How to deal with the surface of PC board to resist corrosion?
We provide Base Station Antenna which will be mounted on mast outside (esp. mountain); we guarantee the quality of product 10 years to customer.
We apply to the PC board inside antenna (there is a radome to contain any elements inside).
To resist corrosion on the PC board, I made the PC board with tin plating 0.02-0.05 mm thick.
I want to know if this plating is OK or not?
How can I get the 10 years guarantee products using tin plating (thickness? process?) Thank you.

You will probably have to switch to gold, rather than tin.

Ronnie,
10 years sounds very challenging. Maybe I misunderstood your situation, but is encapsulation possible? That would increase the longevity of an outdoor exposed circuit many times. Obviously access to repair and salvage would be cancelled.
