I don't know what industrial standards there are now, especially with cadmium being frowned upon except for certain specific applications.
For aerospace the common specification for the USA would be SAE
AMSQQP35
[canceled]. The specification could be applied to industrial applications, saving you the confusion of quoting various specs.
