I'm interested in iron phosphating. before I used a chemical called sodium toluene sulphanate. but now it isn't available. Do you know any alternative chemical that can be replace of sodium toluene sulphanate.

Hi,
We use something called CRYSCOAT 747 NW, which contains phosphoric acid and hydrofluoric acid.
Hope that helps.
p.s. I am looking to minimise sludge using this chemical.
