Is Zinc with Cronak per F70B4A RoHS-compliant?

I'm a fourslide spring manufacturer that also does small assemblies. We have a job that we assemble a screw & lock nut on a part that we run off one of our machines. The plating spec on the lock nut is Zinc with Cronak per F70B4A. The question was recently asked of me if this is a Rohs compliant part. I can't find much info on Cronak to determine if it is RoHS compliant or not. We currently buy the lock nut from a commercial supply house and they couldn't answer the question for me.
