Do electroless nickel plating in an enclosed chamber?

I thing the ENP may do in a enclose chamber we get the end product is higher wear resistance one because we make the artificial covalant bond between high carbon steel and nickel.

Please give your highly and usable creatable and better suggestion to me and guide me also.
