I want to anodise the used PS plates. Which is the best process for it ? Explain it. Make available the design if possible.

What you are asking for is a small book. What you need is a consultant (paid) that can run this information down and work with you to make it understandable. I like a great deal of folks at this site do not know what a PS plate is or what it is made of or its size or its requirements or why one would anodize it in the first place.
