WE HAVE POWDER COATING BUT OUR ITEM EASY TO CORROSIVE , SOME TELL US NEED TO USE ZINC PHOSPHATE CHEMICAL WE ALREADY HAVE THE STANDARD PROCEDURE OF WASHING , HOPE YOU CAN ANSWER MY QUESTION.

A zinc phosphate pretreatment will increase the adhesion of the powder coating and in this respect it can improve the performance of the system.
