Elecroless nickel pretreatment for silver substrate

Dear Plating Experts,
Does anyone know a good pretreatment plating electroless nickel on silver substrate. The part is ceramic and has a silver coating and we are trying to plate the silver part and not on the ceramic. If anyone can direct me in the right path, I'll be very grateful.
