Hydraulic pipe pickling

I want to do the pickling of hydraulic pipe line which is 400 meters in length and the pipe material is mild steel,now I would like to know how exactly the process is done ,what are the chemicals to be used ,what is their ratio and for how long a period should the pickling should be done.Your immediate response shall be highly appreciated.

The process is done by retaining a firm that specializes in on-site pickling and passivating, Ajay. To start from no knowledge of this process and get to the point of being able to do it yourself with due attention to safety and environmental stewardship requires hands-on training. You cannot learn enough from an internet posting to do anything but put yourself and your co-workers at risk. Sorry.
