Need industry standard for Titanium Nitrate

I am trying to track down a military or industry standard for Titanium Nitrate coating.

First of three simultaneous responses --

You won't get much about titanium nitrate. Search for titanium nitride instead. Good luck,

Second of three simultaneous responses --

TiN- is not tin or Titanium nitrate- it is Titanium Nitride. There is a massive difference between the two (three). Hit your search engine with the proper name and you will find that it is a vacuum metallization process and you probably can find the appropriate spec.
Also, since you are with GD, at least one of their divisions will have a company spec or refer to a Mil spec, which you will very probably have to comply with, sooner or later.

Third of three simultaneous responses --

Good afternoon:
I'm guessing that you really want a standard for titanium nitride coating, not titanium nitrate. If you go to the SAE International website, you can search for the AMS standard you need and buy it for a fee.
