Getting Nickel Plated Stove Shiny Again

I own a stove with nickel plated trim and the surface has become tarnished and discolored, how can I clean it so it will shine again!

Hi Gary,
You could use some chrome polish, buff dry and follow with a good auto wax to protect it. It's likely that the trim underplate or substrate material has diffused through the nickel causing the tarnishing. If the diffusion is minimal the trim should clean up nicely. Good Luck!
