epoxy adhesive for road studs to bitumen and concrete

Dear sir,
I am looking for a epoxy adhesive ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] that can sustain temperature up to 130 °C and has good strength to bond ABS and Polycarbonate Plastic to the bitumen and concrete base. The epoxy must be thick and should not spread too far when the resin and hardener are mixed together before applications.
