Deposit of coating on screw threads
We are doing Dacro Coating by Dip Spin process. We are facing problem with coating deposit on screw threads which results in gauge not qualifying.

You really should be talking to the Mfgr's tech services. It depends on what you call a screw also. You cannot expect to coat a
10 x 40 one and have it pass. A half inch bolt is another story.
Basically, if it is possible, it sounds like a thinner material that you are dipping in and a faster or longer spin, possible sooner.
