Faded anodized aluminum
2006
Help! I have two anodized aluminum deck frames (two story house|) that are stained and faded. Could anyone give me any ideas as to what process as well as products I would use to refinish the frames.
Any advise you might give me will be much appreciated.
Sincerely,
Lori June Thomas

Wet the aluminum down. While it is still wet, decide whether you feel it looks good. If so, it is possible that the product of our supporting advertiser.
Everbrite [a finishing.com supporting advertiser], will solve the problem. They offer a coating that smoothes and protects the surface and which they claim will make it look much like it does when wet. If it doesn't look good wet, your only option is paint -- the faded dye in an anodized finish is sealed away where you can't restore it.
