Line problem on ABS plating

Sir
WE do plating on ABS parts but we face problem of straight random line on plated jobs. These problem arise when we give Ni strike before cu & if we do direct cu plating after electroless Ni , we don't get the line problem. This line is not visible on moulded parts. Also we use same tank for both Ni strike & semi-bright plating after cu.
