How to design 3 Stage Wash System

We are attempting to build a 3 stage wash line for our infrared paint system. Does anyone know of a source for design information or CAD layout of the wash line, pumps, nozzle placement, etc?

Go onto www.ccaiweb.com and buy the "System Design" manual. It has good information, if you need more help than is in that book you should hire a consultant to specify all the details for your washer.

A well-built washer can save you lots of money over a mediocre one. The money spent on planning will be well worth it.

Before you commit to only three stages, be sure the soils you have can be cleaned in three stages.

Sorry! Finishing.com is temporarily Read-Only.
Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
