Surface treatment required for Aluminium Plate

I am looking for some chemical treatment that will be applied to the aluminium plate. This plate will be used in hair straightener. This treatment must fulfill the following requirement .
1. The color can be black, white , blue and be adjusted as requested.
2. Pass the boiling test, i.e. put the plate into the boiling water, 100 °C for 15 minutes, but no peel off, no discoloration and no bubble afterward.
3. Pass the oven test, i.e. put the plate in the oven with 250 °C for 2 hours and no peel off, no discoloration and no bubble afterward.

I am sincerely asking your support as what kind of process (surface treatment) can fulfill this requirement.

Hello Chan. Should we be thinking along the lines of painting and powder coating or is there some reason paint cannot be used for this application?

Dear Mr. Chan
UV pigments can be coated if your component is a plain sheet if the external coating is preferred.

or you can go for electro colouring.

Thank you
with regards
