Polishing Hot Rolled?

Any suggestions? I'd like to avoid the swirl pattern from typical 4.5" -5" grinding type discs.

I'm interested in polishing hot rolled plate. I don't want to remove the dark finish, just enhance it, and put a shine to it. Like these guys: www.tuttoferro.com

Polishing it will absolutely mean to remove its black finish. So, you'll have to blacken it again. Learn a bit about blackening, it's not high tech.
