-----Chrome plating on plastic - ESD problem
2006
Our current ABS plastic, for decoration reason, is coated with hot stamping to get the chrome looking. However, the conductive foil leads to 8kV ESD discharge issue. I'm not sure if there has non-conductive foil available in the market, or don't know if the finishing changed to vacuum aluminium deposit can fix the problem.
