32 finish on A36 Carbon Steel

We need to get A36 Carbon Steel to a 32 finish. The 8x20 plates will be rolled into cones for hoppers. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

If this 32 is RMS then you are probably at that finish now. Most mill steel and sheet metal are finished between 32-36 RMS. If you are talking RA them you need to do some polishing. Please advise your scale.
