Trivalent Plating Chemistry

If we do trivalent blue passivation on acid zinc plating and alkaline zinc plating, which will get more trivalent coating weight?(Passivation concentration, Dipping time and temperature is same for both plating)

Arguably ACF (Alkaline Cyanide Free) plating will accept more passivation! The deposit is columnar. Please let me know if you agree with me.
