Rust is coming out from bottom side of door stiffner in MS




More rust is coming out from bottom side of door which is fabricated in MS and powder coated stiffeners are spot-welded to doors. We provided Holes on stiffener to avoid accumulation of acid particles inside it after seven tank process.

There are two scenarios available here-
The system is a conveyorized spray wash in which case the last stage of your pretreatment tank could be too far away from your dry-off oven,or...
You have a dip system in which the parts are allowed to drip dry, it would be better to put the doors in an oven immediately after the last rinse stage and get them dry as soon as possible.
There shouldn't be too much time between stages or between the wash and dry.
