Lacquer for silver plate

2006

Hi. I'd like to apply lacquer to an old silver plated piece that I just bought and cleaned. I want to maintain the beauty of freshly-cleaned silver without ever having to clean it again, so I'd like to lacquer it. Can you please tell me what to use, where I can buy it, and whether any special preparation is required? Thanks.

Try Everbrite [a finishing.com supporting advertiser] coating! Agateen is good brand too. Good luck!
