Molybdenum coating method

2006

Hi,
I want to coat Molybdenum (Mo) or its alloys on steel by electrowinning or other methods but I do not know how.
Please guide me.

Mahmood Noroozi

Hi,
You can spray deposit molybdenum or any alloy on steel by the process of metallizing: melting molybdenum in wire or rod form or any another ferrous or non-ferrous alloy or metal on to any substrate after proper surface preparation vide shot/grit blasting of your substrate.
Hope it helps.
