Etching nickel phosphorous

Hi,
My question is about the CHEM. on nickel-phosphorous. I just want to know how can I etch the phosphorous in the unique surface morphology of nickel-phosphorous.What shall I do,and what is the condition?

If you want to etch the phosphorus out of the coating layer, you cannot do this. The phosphorus and the nickel are uniformly mixed together. If you etch one, you will etch the other.

Please provide more information on what you wish to accomplish.
