Stainless Steel Pretreatment

2006

Our products are made from SS316, before powder coating process, we have a pretreatment to clean a mesh by worm chemical (60 degree C). The heating is using burner which make us a many problem and inconvenionce for maintenance. So I would like to get the suggestion idea to replace the cleaning process with non-chemical use technilogy such as ultrasonic, uv light, vapour or any? Please advise, thanks much.
