I'm not sure your description is clear enough. Are you describing heavy walled round mechanical tubing? If so, how long are the lengths? Does the I.D. need plating? How about the ends?

It sounds like your are looking for hard chrome plated .0005" thick bar stock with a 10 mm OD and a 4 mm ID. You will not find this on the shelf. Depending on the quantity you may special order the OD size chrome plated from the mill, but, you will also have to machine and or grind the ID. Length is critical to methods and cost.
