Small plating barrels

I've looking for some small barrels with fine mesh, < 1 mm, made of polypro. We plate Ni and Sn. Are button barrels available in small sizes i.e. 5 x 6" or less. Many thanks

I have always liked the overall design and reliability of Sterling Systems barrels. They start at 2.5" x 4" and go up to 9" x 18" and possibly larger. The tightest mesh will hardly drain water it's so fine.

I don't know if they have distribution in Ireland but headquarters are in Illinois.

There are many companies producing mesh barrels of many different styles. What size barrels , and what type of product you are plating makes a great difference. There are also sieve plug style cylinders under 1 mm opening.

Ideally, specify l x w x d of component to be plated , or provide sample [sketch/print] and qnty /weight per load. Along with tank size that assembly must fit into.
