Q.C. manual software, Mil spec software for metal finishing shop?

Does anyone know of a canned, rewriteable Q.C. manual on a disc for Mil-Spec plating and anodizing? Ours is outdated and not ISO compliant. While on the subject, (and it's a big one) is there a SIMPLE shop management program out there that works? Ours is an old DOS based customized thing that may not even work after Jan 1st.

Check the advertiser's on this web site. There is a pretty good selection. Are you looking for technical management of process and chemistry? Or for accounting, routers, personnel management, etc.? No one package does everything well.
