Where can I get Honda finishing Specs

How can I access automotive finishing specs, namely H.E.S. 3010-94? This appears to be a Honda spec for black finish on certain zinc die-casings. Additional information: Color:ZDC-2. Surface Treatment: MZZN-2-K.

Hi, Kevin. You can get some automotive finishing specs from Global Engineering. But others are more tightly controlled and can only be obtained from the automotive company buyer / purchasing agent. Good luck.
