I want to acquire machinery for chroming automobile wheels

I want to acquire machinery to put in Ukraine, that will allow me to chrome automobile wheels for my customers. I don't know too much about chroming machinery and would like to ask where I can find out about the whole process of metal finishing and examples of finished lines and the machines involved in the process from step 1 to the ending result of chroming. Also the prices of the lines from the cheapest to the most expensive so that I can analyze which I should acquire so that it will be economically profitable. Would anyone be able to help me out with these question or tell me where I can get some of this info.

The Metal Finishing Guidebook is probably a good starting point because it is both a textbook and a directory of suppliers and is very inexpensive. In general, though, chrome plating is both technically challenging and capital intensive, and the usual route for a firm like yours is to associate with a chrome plating shop rather than to install your own facility.

Are the wheels you are planning on plating steel or aluminum? I have had considerable experience in chrome plating of wheels, and would be happy to work with you on this project.
