Cleaning pieces after the polishing process

We are manufacturers of different parts like pins, key holders and something like these but after the manufacturing process, specifically after polishing it, we need to remove that on hard-to-reach surfaces. We make it manually but now we are making a tank which will hold the pieces to clean. The pieces generally are made of metal like aluminium or steel. The problem is the chemical to be used. It will pumped in the tank but a low pressure. What chemical could be used. Thanks for the assistance that we will receive.
