The future of galvanising


(1999)

I am a first year manufacturing engineering student and am doing a project on materials processing. My question regards the future of galvanising, where is it going, any new processes or methods of galvanising. I am having great difficulty finding anything on the future of galvanising in our library and on the internet.

From our home page www.finishing.com, under 7, "Organizations", find the address of the galvanizers society in the USA, they may have a brochure, or reprints of technical articles for you. Also try their equivalent in the UK. You can't know anything about the future unless you know the past, look up galvanizing in a metals handbook.
