Effluent treatment of Ferric Ammonium Oxylate anodizing dye

Dear All,
Can some one please let me know what should be the most ideal effluent treatment for rinse water arising out of the dying of anodized material with Ferric Ammonium Oxylate. I run a Brightening plant with a zero discharge of effluents. Today we boil away all the effluents which is expensive. Since the effluents have only Phosphates, Nitrates and sulphates as anions and possibly sodium as a cation can some one suggest any other methods treating these high TDS effluents like Bio-degradation of salts?
