Electropolish Standard or Specification

Is there any Military or other standard/specification which outlines the requirements for Electropolishing, the only one I was able to find is NASA/JSC PRC-5009A. I've heard of AD 1033 but I cannot find the standard anywhere on the net. Thanks in advance for your help.
