-----ASTM spec for hex-free Zinc Chromate finish?
2005
We are trying to comply with RoHS (Restrictions on Hazardous Substances)directive for our steel sheet metal parts, which are zinc plated and chromated, and were wondering the following:
Does ASTM have a new specification
(ASTM B633) covering Zinc Chromate with out Hexavalent Chromium?
- Redmond, Washington, U.S.A.
There is an ASTM website you can go to to find out.

Sorry! Finishing.com is temporarily Read-Only.
Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
