I have a question about how to anodize small parts and screws (aluminum and titanium) for mountain bikes and R/C cars. Any comments, suggestions or resources would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Jeff. Anodizing of each of these metals is a pretty big subject and the methods have almost nothing in common. The color of anodized aluminum is imparted by colored dyes, whereas the colors of titanium anodizing result from diffraction interference.

We have dozens of threads online about each subject if you search the site, but for the aluminum I think you need to consult a good book because it's quite a bit more complicated than the titanium anodizing. Good luck.
