Costs of Anodizing Plant in Different Industries

We are trying to find out, very roughly, what are the levels of cost involved in setting-up and operating anodizing plant, for different industry applications. Ideally, we would like to understand the relationship, for various industry applications (i.e., aerospace panels, or continuous strip for roofing, or automotive parts, or railway rolling stock panels), between
- capital cost of the plant
- throughput capacity
- piecepart size capacity
- plant lifetime
- operating costs

Are there any actual figures that would help us in this, or costing guidelines published in articles somewhere? Anonymity is no problem - we don't need to know the source, just that the information is representative of real life! Advice would be most welcome.

The NAMF, National Association of Metal Finishers collects and publishes surveys for the US which have a lot of this type of information.
