Discoloration from phosphorous bronze cleaning

Our final cleaning on phosphorous bronze is causing discoloration after parts are blown dry with air. How do we clean these with out having the discoloration on our parts?

There are a number of things that can cause this. Without more information on the history of the part, specifically what chemicals are you using to clean the part, it is tough to give you any ideas.

We do not use chemicals to clean other than Orange Crunch and distilled water in a Ultra-sonic machine.
