I am working in a Aluminum Electroplating Company
My Question is For electroplating of one Ton of Aluminum With 1) Zinc. 2)Aluminum for purity upgradation.
How much Sulfuric acid quantity (what Conc.), Aluminum, Zinc. Required?
How much current & time need for Electroplating?
What are the standard Thickness Plating.
How Much Quantity in gram of Zinc & Aluminum will be coated.

Pankaj, how much is x plus y plus 3? We cannot tell you how much material will be used without knowing the plating specifications and the surface area of the ton of aluminum, and we cannot guess at the plating specifications with no knowledge of the application. Please explain what you want to do, onto what shape of substrate, and why. Thanks.
