Slag resistance Black color coating on Zinc Alloy

2005

Like to know if anyone knows any type of coating (black color) on zinc alloy die-cast part that is slag resistance. We are currently using Xylan coating but the cost is far too high. Requirement: coating thickness must be less than 0.1mm

Would appreciate anyone who share information. Thank you

Can only think of Zinc -iron plating, or maybe Geomet, but if you find xylan expensive you will prefer the zinc-iron.
