Convolute wheel or alternative?
I am currently using a hard/dense A.O. convolute wheel equaling approx. 120 grit. Looking for same type wheel but more aggressive, say 60 grit for VERY aggressive material (aluminum) removal. In part of the process we are using 60 grit grease/set-up wheel but is not feasible to use in this area as it is 50/50 surface to holes
(windows) and trashes the set up wheel head. Also, have tried all the flap wheels and loose scrotch brite wheels to have them also trashed due to the holes. Drag out of the holes is acceptable, main goal is FAST removal of material. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

You didn't say what materials you were working with or how big they were. It sounds like sheet metal to me. If it is, you need to look at a wide belt application. Check out Timesaver or Somaca (SP?)
