Hi Qiyun. And I want to know which is the best musical instrument, flute or saxophone?  :-)

Actually there is no "best"; there are a number of different anti-tarnish approaches ranging from lacquers through hard coats thru rhodium plating. An article entitled "The Protection of Silver Against Atmospheric Attack" by Gay, Berçot and Pagetti, published in the May 2004 issue of Plating and Surface Finishing will help you decide between all the options for preventing tarnish. Good luck!
