Orange Peel measurement

2005

Powder coatings are known for orange peel surface texture. For process control, we would like to use some method of measuring this orange peel. It may be a method that measures surface roughness or surface waves. Any ideas ?

Hi, Mandar.

We received an ad regarding 3D non-contact profilometer for measuring orange peel. You might do a search for those terms.
